Booking & In-Person Install Policy

Effective as of January 1, 2025

By booking an appointment or purchasing an in-person install service through Just Vibe Hair, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

All services, including closure and frontal installs, are performed to the best of our professional ability. Results may vary based on hair texture, lace quality, hairline condition, and the state of any client-provided wigs or bundles.

If you have specific styling preferences or requirements, please communicate them clearly before your appointment begins. No assumptions will be made regarding desired outcome without proper communication.

2. Appointment Confirmation & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • Payments made are considered final once the service is rendered.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the nature of custom and in-person beauty services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

By booking, you agree:

  • You are receiving a customized beauty service.

  • Disputes filed after the service has been completed are considered invalid unless clear proof of service negligence can be provided.

  • Filing false claims may result in refusal of future services and possible legal action.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit their deposit and may require full payment to rebook.

5. Proof of Service

For quality control and dispute protection, photos or videos may be taken during or after service. These materials are used for internal records, portfolio usage, and proof of completed services. Clients may opt out of public use but not out of documentation for business records.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive with clean hair or lace if applicable, unless otherwise instructed.

  • If you are supplying your own wig or bundles, please ensure they are in acceptable condition.

  • Additional fees may apply for prep work, excessive detangling, or last-minute customizations.

By completing your booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
