Returns on Custom Wigs: If you are unsatisfied with your custom wig upon receiving it, you may submit a return request within 14 days.
Head Measurements: Please ensure you input the correct head measurements in your wig form before checking out. Just Vibe Hair LLC is NOT responsible for any incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Returns on Non-Custom Products: Non-custom items such as bonnets, edge brushes, and wig caps can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused, unopened, and unworn.
