WIG GUIDE

HEAD MEASUREMENTS

This chart is very important when it comes to custom wig making. Most times the circumference isn't the only measurement to determine a person's true wig size. Even though someone's circumference might be 22", this person might have more width to the head due to thickness of hair or bulk, causing this person's wig size to change from a Medium to a Large. Just Right Wigs requires the Circumference, Front to Nape, Temple to Temple and Nape of the Neck measurements.

LACE TYPES THAT WE OFFER

Our wigs come with two different laces, transparent and HD. Transparent being a little more thicker in fabric but still thin enough to achieve a seamless look. Transparent also has a bit of an ashy look to the lace depending on your skin tone, especially for darker shades of skin. HD is highly recommended because it is still durable, and can blend well with any skin tone as it is more see-through. HD lace is a bit more pricier because of the quality and how much it enhances your wig experience.

CLOSURE VS. FRONTAL.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

Closures are beginner friendly and low maintenance. All of our closure units can be made glueless. Closures only cover a portion of the hairline. There is 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and even 7x7 lace closures. All of our units come with 5x5 closures unless a customer would like to upgrade to a 6x6. Closures also are limited on how it can be styled depending on the size of the closure due to the small spacing.

Frontals are high maintenance and are recommended for long-term wig wearers. Frontals cover the entire hairline from ear-to-ear and can be styled beyond limitations. All of our units come with 13x4 frontals unless a customer would like to upgrade to a 13x6 for deeper spacing. Our frontal units are not recommended to be worn glueless unless installed by a professional hairstylist. Adhesive glue or adhesive spray are best when laying the lace down into the skin.

WHAT ARE MACHINE MADE WIGS?

Machine made wigs are simply just wigs that are sewn on a dome cap using a sewing machine. Just Vibe Hair uses a Singer Heavy Duty Machine to produce our wigs. Our wigs uses 3-5 bundles depending on length to provide full density. Machine made wigs can last over two years if properly taken care of. Wefts are sewn repeatedly at each end to prevent shedding and to provide security in the tracks. An upside to machine made wigs is that they can be reconstructed and made brand new.
