    • Preorder Custom Wigs: 14-21 Business Days
    • Wig Services: 5-7 Business Days
    • Hair Products and Accessories: 1-2 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at a standard, fixed rate.

5. Custom Orders

Custom-made wigs and other personalized products are tailored specifically to your specifications. Please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing a custom order. Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Return Policy: We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made items, wigs that have been altered, or services rendered are non-returnable.
  • Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours after order placement. After this period, we may not be able to cancel the order.

7. Wig Services

For any wig services, including consultations, fittings, or customizations, appointments must be scheduled in advance. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined for the service provided, including any cancellations or rescheduling policies.
