SHIPPING POLICY

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS or UPS. 

  • Standard Priority Mail is 2-3 Business Days. 
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
  • We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email info@justvibehair.com to have it updated immediately.
  • If you're billing and shipping address does not match, you will be refunded completely as it will be flagged as a high-risk order. 
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800)-275-8777 or UPS at: 1-800-742-5877 for assistance. 
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

    Rush Fee – Priority Processing & Shipping
    Need your wig sooner? Add this Rush Fee to your order for expedited processing and priority shipping. This fee covers both the cost of rushing your unit ahead of the regular queue and express shipping to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
    Please note: Rush orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed before purchase.
