  • Due to sanitary reasons, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, Just Right Wigs will make sure to provide the best customer service to all of our shoppers. If the mistake was made on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact justrightwigs@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
  • Do not heavily pluck the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will cause it to rip and create holes and Just Right Wigs will not be held responsible.
