ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS. 

• Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Express shipping is 2-4 Business Days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
• We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email info@justvibehair.com to have it updated immediately.
• If you're billing and shipping address does not match, you will be refunded completely as it will be flagged as a high risk order. 
• A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800)-275-8777 for assistance. 
• We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

• All sales are all FINAL. 
• Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS.
• Please make sure to input the correct head measurements in your wig forms before checking out, Just Vibe Hair LLC is NOT responsible for any incorrect measurements made on your behalf. 
• However, if there was a mistake on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact info@justvibehair.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
